Hey... I am sane. No, really, I am. I think.

Quit laughing Kiddo. :tongue

And Shann I heard that, even behind your hand, your giggle is distinctive. :fingerwag

Good question!

If "normal" means sane, then I don't fit the description either. :D

Behave you fruitcakes! You'll scare Toni off. Though in all fairness I did warn her that we were a tad wackier than normal!

Toni welcome to the fruit cake with nuts stand.... eeerrr...I mean the Rest Stop. I'm glad you popped in. Do you know Amy? She lives quite near you I believe. Though Amy's idea of a small town and mine is quite different. I live in a county where cows and aliens (the ones from space not the illegal ones) outnumber the people. I told you we were nutty, but it's all good clean fun. Pop in any time.

Pup how do you know Becky is lurking ? I've been harassing her now and then to pop in.

Barbie! Is today your surgery? I get all messed up on dates, years even. I'm thinking of you and praying no matter when it is, God knows and I know he will be watching over you . I do hope all goes well.

Rachel the answer is no. You'd have to be considered sane first before you could be the only one. :tongue

I don't giggle...well yeah I do, though sometimes it turns into snorting. And as for the sleep texting you also have to do sleep walking eating and all other kinds of things

Shann, I have two little ones who are much weirder than anyone here. My daughter's latest obsession is walking around with a blanket over her head. Can she see? No. Does she run into things? Yes. Does it bother her? I guess not.

I just entered the blog contest and think I might throw up. Can someone tell me a joke or something funny to ease my anxiety?

Two aliens walk into a Punker bar... no one noticed.

Sorry I am terrible with jokes, well, when I TRY to tell one I am pretty bad. Normal life is silly enough that it comes off funny most times. Though I hear a lot of jokes, most are not worth listening to, let alone repeating them to others.

But here... maybe this will hit the spot. Icing on the Cake

I guess I could post my old "Dating Thingy" ad for you, that was a hoot. (I know, I promised, so don't worry guys I won't do it. I would never hear the end of it if I did. ) It was funny though, and the 1000s of comments that followed were kind of good too. Aaaahh the good old day... alien invasions, riots, and tainted Pepto, not to mention all the peanuts flying around.

As for writing jidders, we all have that, though some may claim they don't. I have never been into the Blog thing , but I do the embarrassment of posting writing for others to read. The biggest mistakes for me was writing it in the first place. So don't worry none, it has to be better than mine....

No matter what Shann thinks. :tongue

Toni, unless your daughter is over 21 there is nothing odd about walking around with a blanket over her head. I used to do it all the time... And look at me now... Oh wait don't look that might cause you undue stress. :D

It is normal to feel like hurling (or curling if you're into the Olympics) after submitting an entry to anything. I entered a couple of blog contest but didn't win, mainly because I'm too far out of the box.

Becky if you're lurking get back in her. Without you i'm Pup's target.

Thanks guys. I'm feeling better after an awful night's sleep. :? My fatigue has taken over the anxious side of my brain. Woo!

Pup, they're going to write songs about you someday. I don't know who they are, or what the the songs will be about, but there will be songs.

Good one Pup, I was going to say just hope they don't have me sing the songs.

I'm not sure how old your kids are Toni, but do you know we have a FW for kids section? Amy and I are moderators for the site. It's for ages 7 to 15 and we are going to have another writing contest as well. Rachel you may want your kids to check out the site too and for sure enter the contest. We are trying to think of a good topic. The first one was something new or something like that because the winner gets published in FW magazine and that winner was for the January issue. Then the last one was a Summer of Hope.

We are trying to think of something clever for it. I think we are toying with the idea of using a homophone like wind, wind and they could select whichever meaning they like.

My kidlets are 9 months and 20 months so I don't think they'll be writing anytime soon. Today they're favorite activities are drooling on my leg and throwing tantrums. I may have joined in one of those activities but I won't say which one.

Here's a joke Siri on my iPhone told me: The past, present and future walk in a bar. It was tense.

Hmm... Pup is scaring me.

Yet, I scare people all the time with my super human intuitiveness.

I'm the Eastern Washingtonian here.

Guys, I'm not insane, just crazy

Shann started a scrabble game with me and my mom. Shann will take her turn tomorrow unless she decides to take it at 11:11 p.m. or 1:11 a.m.
