It's not like I was telling him to sweep the floor for the Olympics now! Though if he was home more I probably would. In all fairness when he was in swimming, before the Sectional meet, the kids would go on a taper where the practices were easier, they weren't supposed to go out to things, and be in bed early. Both Q and Lyd would say I can't do my chores I'm on taper! So if they can use that for an excuse certainly I should be able to do the reverse?

Reverse psychology only works in the really old movies. That and some of the dumber sitcoms now days.

Hm, I don't know you keep telling me you're a horrible writer, but I see your talent. I think you've been using reverse psychology on me because deep down you know how brilliant you are. :bow :tongue

No. I am pretty much worthless. My writing is a gift from God, (and HE is perfection in all things) and you see how bad the grammer and spelling is??? See, worthless.

I am working on getting all my biblical poems set up in a "beginning to end" type setting, so I will be checking the scriptures I used for them to make sure they line up. THEN... I will send them to you for book approval. Most of them you have probably already read once, or twice. But like anything I do.... and the fact that procrastination is the greater part of my life... it will be summer time by them, so you should have plenty of time to finish that edit job.

Maybe even do a couple more.

Posted from my Facebook page, but in case you aren't on Facebook...

Today marks one year since my hip replacement surgery... Something I never thought I'd have to do before I turned 30, but I'm so glad I had it when I did. I'm doing GREAT, with only minor twinges of pain on occasion. I'm walking better than I have in years, and I've even signed up for an untimed 5K in April, the Color Run. I've been wanting to do a 5K for years now, but never quite had the motivation to actually get out and get moving so I could do it, until now.

I am so thankful for all God has brought me through in my life, and that He has been faithful this past year. I attribute my recovery with NO setbacks to Him, and I'm so grateful.

I Peter 5:7 (NKJV)

Hi Toni! So glad you dropped by here. Hi from northern B.C. Canada. :D It's not on the coast, but I did grow up on a little island on the inside coast of Vancouver Island.

Hiya Toni, and welcome to the Rest Stop. :welcome Feel free to drop by and chat, as long as you like wet rainy weather and the smell of pine sap, we're good. Don't worry too much about that crazy person over there in the corner, (I wont say his name he might get embarrassed) he doesn't bite much, mainly just nibbles now and then, sheds on the carpet and smells of wet dog, but hey.

Oh wait, that just gave away who he is, didn't it.

Okay Okay, So I am typing while asleep, or is that Shann's excuse still. Shann???? I want to use your excuse. :tongue

Kiddo quit reading and type something.
