I think if you win a challenge in Beginner or Intermediate that you HAVE to move up. If you don't win, you can choose whether you think you're ready to move up or not.

At least, that's what I understood.

Even if there's no earthly chance of being on the list, I still like to see who did make it.

Actually, this is #4! I was blessed to receive #3 last week (along with at least two other people). My newest story is listed in level 4.
