Every night I pray with my children and my own hope is that they develop a relationship with the Son of the Most High. What if God were to take me now? What have I left behind for them to grab onto? Even though my children are young, they will tell you about God,how much I love God and that He is our hope and reason for living a Christian life.
To leave behind the promises of material objects or comforts, amounts to nothing when compared to the importance of leaving them the biblical knowledge of hope in the holy promise that God gave us. My hope is that my family is saved and will become servants to Jesus Christ and help others along the way of their own spiritual journey. Any good found within me is not mine, but the goodness of our almighty God.
I hope to please Him and it starts in my own home with my family and then with friends, church members, and strangers and then to continue planting the seeds of hope wherever the ground is fertile. I plant where He leads me to plant. He will do the watering and feeding. There is no such thing as wasted breath when it comes to spreading the Good News.
Seeds of hope are planted and hope is eternal, for Jesus is our Hope.A favorite passage of mine is Psalm 78:7 that they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.
My hope right now is that a seed has been planted for a seeker or a lost soul needing to know more. My hope is to work for the Lord all the days of my life and helping others to learn of the Lamb of God . Hope is alive today and always. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than to help others learn of the blessed Hope that reigns in Heaven above .
