As I was watching the videos on the story of,"Jesus of Nazareth",this was so compelling of the life,and the times of "Jesus CHrist",life and the live of the tweleve apostles.So after veiwing these three videos,I checked with the scriptures pertaining to these videos,to make sure they were in proper ailgnment with the living word.Also while watching these stories,my heart was over joyed with peace and a spiritual calm.I have always been a seeker of life's truths.In this revealing of my heart,through watching these life passages.
It gave a clearer insight on why I,was picked so much in life.I was just a little light shinning brightly,in a world filled with doubt and darkness all about me.The gave me early life insight,I could see things that were of a dangerous nature.And venture into this area,if others couldn't see it they would become spiteful,and say hurtful things.I can remeber an icident in junior high,a friend of mine had a very bad homelife,others were always being hateful towards her.One day a large group of kids,were going to beat her up,we were standing in front of the cafeteria,I felt a boldness come over me.And said this not a fair fight,all of you against one person.I will stand with her,I knew this bully,and her brother.So she backed down.I quess Jesus,knew my faith in him,to trust he would settle this problem.Low and behold he did what a blessing,otherwise this would have been very bad outcome.So I witnessd the presucution,the slander,the blatent hatered of people not living in the light.I kept the statutes in graved in my heart.So this was one instance for the ways of preparing me,for future discpelship in my later life.There were many other circumsatnces that would take place in all my lifes passages.This brings me the scripture passage of,(Luke 25-26)(verse 25):Large crowds were traveling with Jesus,and turning to them and said:(verse 26)If anyone comes to me and does not hate,his father and mother,his wife,and children,and brothers and sisters,-yes even his own life-he cannot be my discipal.The cost of being a Discipal.It is no stranger to me to the spirit which is filled with darkness,despair,and destruction to all who in the discipleship of Jesus christ.Who has tried to damper my spirit,and stamp out my light source,and life force from Jesus Christ.This passage of scriture explains the validity of Jesus testimony.(John 8:12 NIV),When Jesus spoke again to the people,"I am the light of the world.Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness,but will have the light of life.What a blessed life's "Great Commission",to be part of,being obedient to the calling if discipleship,for the glory and honor of the Lord.So out the to world I will go raising the banner of Jesus Christ,to and hurting and lost world.
