Why do I love you? Now let me think—
You complete me like a missing link.
You provide me with so much pleasure,
A few words cannot very well measure.

For me, you are the only lover.
I can’t see myself with another.
The way I feel is hard to explain,
But you being the one—it’s so plain.

With you, the moments are never dull;
My life seems so meaningful and full.
You make me smile when I’m feeling low.
How to make me happy, you just know.

On a cloudy day you bring sunshine,
Making me feel that all will be fine.
Only hearing your voice in my ears,
Gives me reason to be of good cheer.

You as a companion at my side,
Bestows upon me a host of pride.
Why do I love you? This I do know—
You play the leading role in my show.
