The steps of life are hard to climb.
Each step, I capture, I lose a frown.
My whispering said, “thank you God for having me around.”
His whispers said, “my child one step at a time.”

Each step I capture, the flight is higher off the ground.
My whispering said, “thank you God, my dreams have come true.”
His whispers said, “my child, sing out loud, sing for me, sing
Those praise songs, come and sit with me.”
