We struggle through our lives
to find some sort of peace,
we try to change our ways
to put our minds at ease.

We all grow up with dreams
to fill our lives with hope,
but sometimes we will fail
then we must all learn to cope.

God is there to show you the way
and lend his helping hand,
so even if you fall on your face
you know he will understand.

Know in your life that there is good and bad,
but take it all in stride,
don't forget the mistakes you have made
and how life is a fast and slow ride.

Now buckle up and hold on tight
and remember to look for the signs,
for when we follow our path from God
we will all cross the winning line.

So open your eyes to the possibilities
and know in your heart you have tried
to be the best that you can be,
but never be satisfied.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say what this poem means for those who may not understand. When I say Never Be Satisfied I mean that you should never be fully satisfied for that is when we tend to forget what is important, and that is the word of God, if we feel we are completely satisfied then what will we have to look forward to. I feel that in this world and in your life there is always room for improvement, so we will never really be satisfied til' the day we are joined with God in Heaven.Thank You!!!

Heather, Very well said. Never be satisfied.

Interesting coincidence: I noticed you're 27 and have 1 son and 2 daughters. My daughter is also 27 with 1 son and 2 daughters.
