Thanks Brenda for the reminder that we should offer EVERYTHING to God and He will provide strength in our weakness.

This is an excellent article. Well written and easy to read and agree with.

Hi Brenda,
This was a great piece - it held my attention from beginning to end (probably because I have weight loss on the mind as I am trying to decide whether or not to go workout this morning after I drop the kids off at school LOL) Your article encouraged me to go!
The only thing that was a little distracting was that a few commas were missing in places they should have been so I had to go back and re-read a few sentences. But that didn't take away from your message - which was awesome!
Blessings, Lynda

Your last paragraph is the best solution toward weight loss I've read in a long time.

I believe you put subliminal messages in this article. I had to run to the frig several times while I was reading this article. Then I read what Paul had to say and I realized that, all that running I was doing to the frig was not the exercise I needed. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. I've gone down a somewhat similar road.

Up until my 40s, I had no trouble. But then.... I later commented to my husband that I was no longer the young (40) woman he had married. He put his arms around me and said, "That's just like all my investments; they multiply."

Seventeen years later, primarily focusing more and more on the Lord is enabling a figure to gradually emerge. That, too, is to bring glory to the Lord by being a much healthier instrument. Bobbi K.
