O God, You have taught me from my youth.
And You continue to teach me in my adulthood
How to walk in your light and truth.

O Teacher, You have taught me your commandments,
Covenants, statutes, and ways
That I always follow and obey.

O God, I declare Your amazing deeds
Have been inspirational in my life.
Thanks for your direction, guidance and leads.

O Teacher, thanks for letting me do your will;
Spreading the good news about Your glory
Through my poems; the world I hope fill.

“O God, You have taught me from my youth, and I still declare Your wondrous deeds.” Psalms 71:17

“Teach me your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name.” Psalms 86:11

I like the tie in with the scripture-It feels like a prayer of praise

Beautiful prayer

The last line is suppose to be: "Through my poems; the world I hope to fill." I left out the word "to."
