Recently I discovered that the older I get the more rest I need. Every since I got home from prison I have been working and going to church, not much else. I would work seventy and eighty hour weeks, then still make time for church and helping out around the church also. I really enjoy work and I also really enjoy the things I do at church. Recently I was sitting in church and was really tired, because I just got off work and only had about three hours sleep the entire weekend. Well come to find out I fell asleep in church, and they got me on the video tape. I felt so bad when they told me bout it and now I still work night shift before church, but I try to make sure I got plenty sleep before I get to church. And If I can't get the sleep I need, I have also learned to sit in back, so the camars can't see me. I explained the sitution to my pastor and he understood. He said that was what he thought when he saw the video. So this is how I learned to get rest before church even if it is only couple minutes. Please lets get plenty of rest before we are caught on video sleeping somewhere. May God bless all who read this lots. Thank God he doesn't sleep, but he does rest. That is another reason why we should rest. If God needed rest then we for sure need it also.
