In 2000 I made a lot of wrong choices, I soon went to prison. In the begining of my prison sentance I did not want to change. This I now see as verry sad. I learned thet i needed a new begining, one that would take me through life happy and out of trouble. I started reading Gods word and soon I desired that new begining I longed for.
God gave me the begining I asked for in 2001. I just recently got out of prison after being ther 3 years 9 months. I now work with the church every week and help where God tells me too. This is all from a new begining, that God has allowed me to recive. Most people think if you go to prison you can't have a new beginning, but that is not true. With God all things are posssible. Do you need a new begining? Ask God for help He is ther always and will point out the direction u need to go .

A well told testimony. Do try to work with a word processor that will help you with misspellings and grammar problems. It would improve the readability of your work for all of us.

Your testimony is very powerful and would be even more so with a bit of editing. Please feel free to ask for someone's eyes (mine are fine) to proofread your work before submitting. You have good stories to tell, but they are getting lost underneath the errors. I'm thrilled that you had a new beginning!

great story...you got a new beginning after prison, because you took advantage of having a new beginning inside! :-)

I agree with the above. Terrific message and witness. The other (grammar and spelling) can be learned, my dear. Don't let that stop you from your love of writing. There are many on FW who would be very willing to give any assistance. Blessings to you in your new beginning!

Godofredo, I am so happy for what God has done in your life since that turning point in prison. Your joy in the new beginning God has given you is just shining out of this little testimony.

Can we help you with your editing in the future? If you'd like to, just visit us on the Message Boards here at FaithWriters and ask for someone to give you a bit of help with editing. If all your work is fairly short, like this, it certainly isn't going to be a hardship for us. It would be a privilege! With love, Deb

Amen. He indeed creates all things new.

Godofredo, I am so happy for you that you found God. You see the wonders He has done for you. I hope lots of other people who had similar experiences will read your testimony and find the peace you now share with us.

I am glad that God doesn't think like most people. I am challenged that I am supposed to immitate God. Thank you.
