I fall more in love with you
With every beat of our hearts
I never knew love could be so wonderful
I know love with every touch of my heart
I feel your heart as mine beats
We didn't meet by accident
God ordained our meeting
What ever our destiny
God will be there
To direct our paths
To our destined happiness

a nice poem to give to someone you love. I feel those feelings for my dh. IT way way to short for the challenge as it needs to be 150 words at least.

I liked this - though it's short. Even rythm throughout. Great for a greeting card - why not submit it to one of the companies?

We didn't meet by accident That true becomes more and more real the longer you walk with the Lord...I use to say I found JEsus...now I know I was blessed beyond measure that He whacked me upside the head so I could be sure and "find" Him! ;-)

Thank you! I never thought I really had talent for writing. I joined faithwriters to try writing. I have always desired to be a writer. My low self esteem held me back. Geting these comments help me know although my writing is not the Best there is room for everyone's talent somewhere. I give praise to Yeshua for every breath I take,for everything in my life, for that will come into my life God is my (surgere) source. Without Him I could do nothing! Norma

Sweet poem Norma, and your response to the feed back is even more touching. What a beautiful lady you are! May God bless you as you take this big step in sharing your writing. We all have to start somewhere and we grow and develop as we trust others with our work. My only critique (apart from the length) is the use of the word "heart". It's used three times in close proximity - which is even a little worse because it is such a short poem. I think if you even had changed the word "heart" to something else in that fourth line, you'd get away with using it in the fifth. Keep writing Norma. I'll look forward to seeing how you grow in the weeks ahead. With love, Deb
