Was it the labor of love when God sacrificed His only Son on our behalf so that we would be free? Was it the labor of love when Jesus suffered the torture and ridicule from the soldiers on our behalf? Was it the labor of love when He appeared on the cross, beaten and bruised for us? Was it the labor of love when he looked up to Heaven and took His last breath for us? Was it the labor of love when three days later he arose from the grave and put the fear in Satan? Is it the labor of love that even though He is rejected by many, He still loves us all? Is it the labor of love that God is still with us even after we turned our backs on Him? Is it the labor of love that keeps believers from suffering the same fate as Satan? Is it the labor of love that God has sent us peace from above to help us through? Is it the labor of love that Jesus was sent to us so we could be free from pain and heartache?
I say "YES". God sent Jesus, Jesus was sacrificed for us, Jesus arose and sent His Spirit to dwell in us. The Trinity is the perfect Labor of Love. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit...believe in Him and thou shalt be saved.
