To be able to serve-take a walk in the heart first. Each earthly step, thereafter, is a step on the road to heaven.A light shines from above,
the knees bend, the arms stretch out,
we touch,the head bows.
Jesus, who came to save each of us ,in the Garden of Gethsemane, took an agonizing human walk in his heart that night saying, "Father, take this from me." And, when his heavenly Father showed him, when he saw: Jesus got up,obeyed his Father, and served him. The world changed forever. One man went down on his knees. One man reached out to a lost world. One man bowed in obedience. One man served.
To be able to serve-take a walk in the heart first. Each earthly step, thereafter is a step on the road to heaven. A light shines from above, the knees bend, the arms stretch out, we touch, the head bows.
Saul of Tarsus, with all of his scales, on the road to Damascus, on a mission of persecution, was forced to his knees by a mighty, power from above, that day. He said,"Lord, what do you want me to do ?" And, when his heavenly Father showed him, when he saw, Paul got up,obeyed his father and served him.The world changed forever. One man went down on his knees. One man reached out to a lost world. One man bowed down in obedience. One man served. To serve as Jesus served.
