To: My child,
Eternal Messengers’ Post Office
I send this message of hope and instruction with my purest love.
Did you know your emotions, thoughts, and actions contain energy? That force forms in ways you do not understand. If they contain negativity, a disturbance occurs in the field of goodness that surrounds you and ripples far beyond. Mind you, I don’t feel that disorder, personally. Joy and optimism pervade my being. Nothing you do effects any one here in a negative way.
However, a messenger mentioned your troubles to me. Thank, God, for angelic do-gooders. For even here, a mother’s prayers carry weight. So, I counter act the darkness you created with my heavenly devotions. Also, I send good wishes and, as always, provide you with advice.
Yes, child, I know council from me wasn’t something you wanted in your teen years. But since you’ve reached maturity, I give you the opportunity to hear my words again. Perhaps their energy will fabricate a delightful vignette as you sleep.
First of all, take comfort. Although your thoughts spin like a tornadic train rushing to nowhere, sometimes jumping the tracks, and often times free falling in a whirl, I do have an answer: Faith.
Remember the moments of peace we experienced together? Before the time of your rebellion, you fell to your knees eagerly. You prayed for family, for friends, for your teachers, and of course, for your heart’s desire, as children do. We ended those supplications with an Amen and a smile full of love and peace. You didn’t question the validity of the unseen.
Wasn’t it an easier time? Your life was productive. You studied for school, played sports, and attended gymnastic practice, and spent the rest of the time playing as children should. Child, I remember how you glowed with happiness.
Unfortunately, no matter how I warned you to keep up your guard, the time came when drugs sneaked in like a thief in the night. They stole your joy. Discontentment followed. You searched for stronger drugs to kill a gnawing futility. You forgot joy was ever part of your life. Hope vanished. You turned against the relief of prayers, against God, whom you once loved and trusted.
“It’s a fairy tale. It’s kids’ stuff.” Your drugged rationalizations brought you more chaos.
Remember when the rehab denied you drugs for six months? Your smile began to return. You thought about the future and although, you didn’t know what direction you wanted to go, hope had seeded and began to grow.
I know your time in rehab was the result of my prayer. You see, child, I never stopped praying for you. Barely an hour passed before I would whisper, “God, take care of my child.” “Lord, send angels of protection.” “Open a path for my child, please, Lord.”
Since I crossed over to the Heavenly realm, my prayers take a different form—no pleading, more praise, filled with a purer love. Be assured, I have every faith in our Creator. More importantly, He has faith in you.
Your relapse to drug use tells me that you have not done your share of spiritual work. Your lack of prayer diminishes your faith. Even though it caused you to fall again, He awaits you. Give up your loyalty to drugs and to the friends in that life style. Establish a devotion to God. It takes practice but you are capable. You did it before.
Since your faith is at a low point once again, ask to share His. He will. Relax, breathe, pray, but most of all, believe. Faith holds power. Fight this corrupt world with faith to grow into the positive, productive person God intended. You were born to me but you are God’s child. I surrender you to Him for repair and reconstruction.
Obviously, I can’t talk to you in person. So, I send this mail via your personal Guardian knowing it will reach you in a hunch, a gut feeling, perhaps a lovely dream. I hope your vision makes you laugh as well as comforts. Whatever your spirit manufactures, let my message be one of faith. Faith in the Creator’s love for you. Faith in His trust in you. Faith in his steadfastness.
Blessings, child. May all the angels protect you and guide you to the path of faith. Be free of the drugs that shackle you,
Your ever-loving Mother
