I didn't think that you would rat.
I see the picture, the one you drew.
I see your friends, they're laughing too.
It was that once and then no more.
I begged your silence at the store.
You said my plight you understood.
Haircuts sometimes are not so good.
But that picture you have sketched -
How could you be such a wretch?
You've made me fat and my nose so big
You're wrong, I don't look like 'Miss Pig'.
Your friends looked at the sketch and laughed
When I walked in, they quieted fast.
What's that you say, you've done no harm?
Just 'fitting in' here at the dorm!
I do not think it's funny or fair
Talking about how I have bad hair.
I do not like this gossip mill.....
What are you trying to tell me, still?
The picture that you're laughing at
says, "Curly girl who swallowed cat."
If not me, then who's this girl?
You've made her up - she's not real?
Oh, now I see, I feel so sheepish
