Searching...
Searching...
Oh, where can it be?

My connection...
My signal...
I had it perfectly just yesterday

Beautifully clear
Not a hint of a problem
With any of my interactions

Searching...
Searching...
And they claim patience is a virtue

But why isn't it working?
Can't it just make an exception, for me?
Huh, how funny...

Message is unable to send.
But why not, surely cell signal isn't
Supposed to be this fidgety.

Of course I want to try once more!
Keep searching...
Keep searching...

I've got friends,
I've got family,
Got to tell them all that that I've endured.

Come on
Go through!
There has to be some sort of a signal!

Keep searching...
Keep searching...
Just one more time!

Maybe just maybe
Diligence will pay off
And it wouldn't be such a crime

To keep my fingers crossed
And breath held
Until such a time...

There they are
Two simple words
Two glorious words

Cute and funny. The title gives it away a bit, but that's alright, because it's a short and sweet read. I loved the last ending--cute! Thanks for sharing.

Quite an interesting take on the topic. The title says it all.
