Caressed by the silky breeze, she opened her eyes.
Songbirds, whose feathers shone in the glorious sunrise, greeted her beyond her window. Their sweet melody accompanied the golden rays which announced the dawn.
“Ohhh,” she murmured with delight.
For the Lord is the one who shaped the mountains, stirs up the winds, and . . .turns the light of dawn into darkness . . . Amos 4:13 NLT

“Oh! Oh!” she screamed as she pushed their pink, peach-fuzzed miracle into the world.
And when his tiny fingers wrapped theirs, hearts melted and eyes overflowed with tears of love and joy. “O-o-oh,” the mother softly sighed as she held this precious gift of life for the first time.
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Psalm 139:13 NLT

Outside the door stood two uniformed servicemen. With heavy hearts they rang the bell, anticipating the young woman’s reaction.
“Oh no, no please, oh God, no.” One of the officers momentarily held the grief stricken military bride, but comfort was not found in their arms.
God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4 NLT

O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love. . . Psalm 86:5 NLT

The angry man searched for answers at the bars, gambling halls, back alleys and casinos. It wasn’t until he searched his heart and prayed, that answers came. With a new spirit he said, “Oh, I see.”
So humble yourselves before God. Resist the Devil, and he will flee from you. Draw close to God, and God will draw close to you. James 4:7-8 NLT

Scripture...applied.
I love it!

Your entry is so aptly named. You've taken your reader through many "emotions" faced by mankind (perfect for the topic, too)! Your use of Scripture is beautiful and comforting. I love the verse from Amos 4.
