I suspect you might know William! Or this might be a methaphor for someone you do know. Either way it's a powerful poem, simply told but not simple. Particularly liked: 'And just as wheels beneath me roll/My faith will help support my soul.' Yeggy
Nice rythm. Very pleasing to read. Do you have a lot of poems? If they are as well written as this I think you have a nice collection that should be published. That's my humble opinion anyway ;) Maybe you all ready do! lol Great job.

This was masterfully written. Creative take on the topic of "Home." The poem flowed perfectly. Although it was a shorter piece, the power of the message is undeniable.
