From the rising of the sun
To it's going down
Bless the Lord, O my soul.

From the mountaintops
To the deep valleys
Bless the Lord, O my soul

In the microscopic atom
And across the vast universe
Bless the Lord, O my soul

The heavens declare
And the oceans sing
Bless the Lord, O my soul

In the changing of the leaves
In the blooming flowers
Bless the Lord, O my soul

In the clear, starry sky of summer
In the pure, silent beauty of snow
Bless the Lord, O my soul

When the sky is bright
When the rains come
Bless the Lord, O my soul.

In the beauty of the sunset
In the rainbow after a storm
Bless the Lord, O my soul

In the birds' sweet songs,
In the mournful sound of the whale
Bless the Lord, O my soul

From the dawn of creation
To the glorious resurrection
Bless the Lord, O my soul

In the serenity of music
In the energy of dance
Bless the Lord, O my soul

From the simplest of cells
To the intricacies of the human body
Bless the Lord, O my soul

If we do not declare it,
The stones will
Bless the Lord, O my soul

Because You have blessed me,
I will
Bless You Lord, O my soul

Psalm 103:1 (NASB) Bless the LORD, O my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name.

This is lovely. The repetition is perfect and it reads like something from the book of Psalm.

This is picturesque, touching, and honors the God Who is indeed worthy. Well written.

Oh, if we could all but open our eyes and ears - the blessings of God would overwhelm us. This beautiful poem says it all so perfectly.

Every living organism and every cell of your body. All of creation. I like how you did that! A lovely piece of poetry.
