Cyber Surfing

Got a question you can't answer?
Go to Yahoo... Google... Bing...
If you type in the right keyword,
You can find most anything.

Assigned a science paper?
Need the cell parts of a tree?
There's a wealth of information.
Dot com subject? “Botany.”

An interesting factoid, if
Your bailiwick is trivia,
There are two “capital cities”
In the country of Bolivia.

For those who follow Hollywood,
Bing “E! Online Celeb.”
In terms of entertainment,
It's the top site on the Web.

If your husband is a pack rat,
And he's filling up the house,
Just try your hand at “E-Bay,”
With a quick click of your mouse.

Have a business of your own?
You will need some SEO.
For return on your investment,
It's the best Web trick to know.

In the market for a new car?
Don't go driving 'round for hours...
You can Google “market research,”
Courtesy of J. D. Powers.

Yet with all it's information,
There's one thing the Web can't do,
It can't offer you salvation,
That's a gift from God to you.

So, when all your Cyber surfing
Leaves you empty as can be...
Turn your search for life eternal
To the Cross of Calvary.

Loved this poem and its message! So true, no man, nor invention of man, can ever offer us what God can! Well done!

This starts out as a fun poem but really packed a punch in the end. Great message.

Wow, Lisa, wow ! Excellent poem.

Made me surf, just reading it.

Two capitals, really?

Just when your swing seemed the thing, you taught what can’t be bought.

The Cross of Calvary, for you and me.
