Every person on this planet
Is separated
By only six degrees;
Even though I do not know you,
Either we have a mutual friend,
Or my friend has a mutual friend
With you,
Or my friendís friend
Has a mutual friend
With you,
Or my friendís friendís friend
Has a mutual friend
With you.

You can be on the other side
Of the world,
And I can still
Touch your life,
Simply by passing
A loving touch
Down the line.

A little pebble
Can start an avalanche
By knocking another pebble
That knocks another,
Until a whole cascade of boulders
Follows the call;
So also an act of love
Can start an avalanche
Of good
In an evil world.

I do not have a billion friends;
I canít move a million people
With a word from my mouth,
But I can change the world
And reach out
To you,
Simply by choosing
To love the person
Next to me,
And watching them
Return the favor
By loving the person
Next to them.

Succinct, and how true. God bless you.

Using the six degrees of separation theory was certainly a clever way to meet the challenge of mutual friends! Applying this theory to witnessing may be what Jesus had in mind! LOL Enjoyed the read and the pondering this prompted! Great job!

Beautifully put. This flows like a waterfall. You can just picture one person touching another. Nice job!
