I'm choosing to walk where You've shown me, O King
No matter what may come my way
Because You have promised Your presence with me
And Your grace is sufficient each day

I know that this life can have difficult times
I've already been through so much
But I know the true faith that can anchor the soul
And the power that's found in Your touch

Your promises true are all stored in my mind
And never I'll let them depart
Bright morning will come to the ones who believe
And the Day Star will rise in their hearts

The trials that we go through while here on this earth
Are as nothing that can be compared
To the wonder that's present in heavenly
realms
And the glory You've graciously shared

Oh, how can I thank You, O beautiful King
For the sacrifice made for my soul
You've given so much, and the giving goes on
As You long to make each of us whole

Your promises true are all stored in my mind
And never I'll let them depart
Bright morning will come to the ones who
believe
And the Day Star will rise in their hearts.

A lovely poem to remind us to hang on to God's promises come what may!

To awaken someday to a “bright morning” in Heaven truly is a great expectation! I really enjoyed this poem - it is so lyrical it rolls off the tongue like a sweet song of thanks and praise! Great job!
