That is a beautiful read - it could be used as a "sermon" very nicely done. I enjoyed it, and agree with it all. Amen. God Bless~

Much food for thought packed into this little sermon. I was thinking when I read this, if Suzy had such joy at finding her lost dog, we can only imagine the joy of the Lord at bringing home one of His lost sheep! Enjoyed the read!

I thought what a heartwarming sermon of Christ seeking the one lost sheep. You were skillful in pulling it all together.

This is a nice application of the illustrative story you tell. The opening might be stronger if you tell the story directly from the owner's viewpoint: something like, "Laura stood before the audience, her voice quivering in remembrance... ." I like the connection of "earnestly seeking" to the subject of the importance of being earnest.

This is a great devotion and a wonderful reminder that though we may feel lost, Jesus is always searching and knows us.

Congratulations for ranking 6th in level 3!
