All the land I see
Before me
Compasses my
Deepest dream:
Eden-richness,
Fields abundant,
Grasses luscious,
Hills jade green.
I am drawn by
Jordan-beauty,
Know that there
Lies all I need:
Meadows verdant,
Newness, bounty,
Outlook good,
Plenteous indeed.
Quick, I plan our
Relocaton,
Settle, move
T’wards Sodom’s glow,
Unresistable
Vistas beckon,
With
Xcitement’s speed I go.
Yearning for all t’which I aspire – with
Zeal, I chase my heart’s desire.

Anticipated
Bounty, blessings,
Come to nothing,
Die instead.
Emptiness and
Faded longings -
Gomorrah’s, Sodom’s
Heritage.
I see now no
Jordan beauty -
Killing,
Lying, lust and greed
Make this place a
Nightmare city,
Outlook now is
Poor indeed. But I
Quickly quieten
Reason,
Shut my ears
To all I hear:
Unimaginable
Violence,
Wickedness
Xtreme, severe.
Yielded thus, but evil power will quickly meet its
Zero hour.

All the waste I see
Before me
Compasses my
Deepest dread.
Eradicated, gone
Forever,
Gomorrah, Sodom’s
Horror - dead.
I bow low
Just God of Heaven,
Keep me, guide me,
Let me see
More Your Will,
Not mine, my Saviour,
Outlook holy, this my
Plea.
Quietly still my
Ruined spirit,
Save my soul and make it new.
Unresistable
Vistas beckon, Your
Way alone,
Xact and true.
Yearning for all t’which I aspire – with
Zeal, I’ll chase Your heart’s desire.

WOW! How did you do THAT!? Brilliant, precise, inspiring, creative...I'm running out of adjectives! I'm amazed by the very idea, and the fact that you executed it so well.
