I know I have a story--I know I do! It was there, in my mind, just two days ago. Lord, where did it go? Oh why didnít I write it down the second You put it into my thoughts? Now itís Thursday morning and I still canít think of it. Itís almost too late to submit for the Faithwriters Weekly Challenge!

Lord, I know that YOU are always with me; but where did this story idea go? I havenít even the faintest glimmer of what it was. If I go upstairs to clean the bathroom, itís not there. If I go down to the basement for laundry, itís not there either! If I rise early, rolling out of bed before anyone else, still, itís not there.

No idea, not a clue. Nothing. Nada. And it was a GOOD idea too! Well, I guess this is it for this week. Iíll have to resign myself to the fact that, for now at least, itís a goner. At least I wonít have to sit on pins and needles looking for little yellow boxes this week! Of course, I know whatís going to happen at about 10:05 this morningÖ

Smile! Yes, writer's block! I loved your homage to Psalm 139 in your middle paragraph! :)

Loved this! Smile, chuckle and lol.

Haven't we all been there? I can emphathize completely. I like how you alluded to Psalm 139, although God, unlike our inspiration, is always there.

I also recognized Psalm 139. It was creatively done. I liked the way you expressed your frustration. I've through the same thing many times. As the Psalm says so well no matter where we go, God is still there. Keep writing.
