I have an immense responsibility assigned to me. I’ve known this from the beginning of time, for my name is Kamav; silent warrior. When my time comes, all will be in awe.

I watched and marveled at the climax of events unfolding before me. The trump had sounded on earth and heaven enlarged with a mighty multitude of saints. Even daily since then, souls of sinners that have been set free arrive, for they’ve come to fully understand the grace and mercy of God-Almighty after His trumpet call.

We all knew this day would arrive. We’ve prepared for it from the time God closed the entrance to Eden. From the moment the serpent entangled mankind in sin, the Great Plan had been set in motion. The angelic hosts waited for this event just as the saints on earth watched for the signs of the great and marvelous things to come.

Everyone had longed for the sound of the trump.

Now the time had come and all of heaven moved and operated in perfect precision. Fully aware of the Plan, we followed the script flawlessly written by the hand of the Almighty One.

The four living creatures who sat before the throne suddenly mounted up, spreading their mighty wings. They soared over us, out beyond the crystal sea calling everybody to worship, crying; “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. Who was and is and is to come.”

I nodded to the warrior legion under my command, alerting them that our time is near.

Below us we heard the twenty-four elders cry: “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for You have created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created.”

Every creature and every angelic being, worshiped the Lamb of God. I joined the angelic forces and we sang: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing!”

Like a great symphony, our voices crescendo. Each sect pronouncing their own set of praises, exploded when we joined in unison to worship the Worthy One. All of us proclaimed: “Blessing and honor and glory and power, be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!”

Then the four creatures, who initially urged the masses into such magnificent worship, came to rest at the foot of the throne and declared, so be it: “Amen”.

The Lamb who sat on the throne opened the first seal on the scroll and Gabriel set his messengers in motion. Each seal contained a message, a warning pertaining to the final stretch of the Almighty’s hand of grace and mercy. He allowed yet another opportunity for those who remained on earth to reconsider His gift of salvation and their eternal destiny.

Finally, the ones who came out of the great tribulation were adorned in freshly cleansed robes of white and shouted their praises: “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

I readied my forces. We spread the distance of heaven and stood wing-to-wing in preparation. The final burst of worship erupted when the four creatures, the elders, and the angelic hosts, bowed before the throne saying: “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

I waited for my signal from Michael. The Lamb reached for the seventh seal. In anticipation we inhaled deep. The instant the seal was broken we mounted up.

Whooshhh. Like a wave, my legion soared over the vast inhabitants and we exhaled over the masses and commanded them; “Hussshhh.”

All of heaven stood silent for the space of a half an hour. The sound of the silence astonished us.

We dared not breathe. Not even a flutter of an angelic wing could be heard.

We stood in awe and wondered what would happen next, yet we all knew what was to come.

The Angel filled a censer with incense. The smoke mingled with prayers of the saints who escaped the great tribulation and ascended to the throne. He filled the censer with fire from the altar.

I glanced around and watched Michael post seven warriors with their trumpets ready.

With a mighty force, the Angel hurled the censer from heaven.

Thunder roared. The earth shook violently.

The silence in heaven ended.

The Trumpet Angels began to sound one at a time. Vindication had begun.

LOVE the POV! My heart is racing from being there, witnessing the book of Revelation "live and in person." Maybe just a little weak on the topic, but Bravo! Super entry.

I love that part of Revelation where they all worship and praise the Lord. It was fun to be there with you. I can't wait until we are really there!

Wow! I've never seen excerpts from Revelation woven together so smoothly into story format. This is really impressive. And what an awesome way to use the assigned topic! It gave me a huge lift just to read this. Thanks!
