The beach represents the sand on the seashore. In Genesis we see 3 areas of this to Abraham's test of laying down Isaac, Jacob's prayer to God, and Joseph blessing after interpreting Pharaoh's dream.
Abraham-
I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, Genesis 22:17 (NIV)
Jacob-
I am unworthy of all the kindness and faithfulness you have shown your servant. But you have said, 'I will surely make you prosper and will make your descendants like the sand of the sea, which cannot be counted.' "Genesis 32:10, 12 (NIV)
Joseph-
Joseph stored up huge quantities of grain, like the sand of the sea; it was so much that he stopped keeping records because it was beyond measure. Genesis 41:49 (NIV)
Saints,
Today the beach is not only a place of relaxation, but an allegorical representation of God's overflowing abundance in our lives. Let the beach always remind us of His goodness in our lives. As He was there for our forefathers, He is here for us - Hallelujah!
Hebrews 13:8 (NIV)
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
