I saw the face of Jesus on my skylight
In the ice, His promise
In my soul, peace

I saw His bearded face through my skylight
In the clouds, His image
In my heart, hope

I saw a Lamb’s face looking in my skylight
In the clouds, His forgiveness
In my mind, gratitude

I saw a pink cross through my skylight
In sunrise skies, His beauty
In our world, wonder

I see His creation in my child’s eyes
In her preciousness, His love
In our world, faith

I hear His joy in my children’s laughter
In their giggles, His goodness
In our world, charity

We feel His presence in our church
In a touch, His comfort
In our communities, fellowship

We read His Words in our Bibles
In the Scripture, His signs
In our hearts, inspiration

We need His wisdom in our selves
In the Eucharist, His sacrifice
In each other, Him

Every week, from weak and meek,
Help us be more like You

Every day, in some small way,
Help us be more like You

Let our every thought, word and action*
Be more pure, more worthy of You.
