Great job, what is it ?

That’s a creation, that is !
Designed for purpose, and it is specially adapted for its environment, unique.

But its gangly and out of scale – looks like the paper slipped in the photo-copier. Stretched to the point of ridicule, or should that be ‘reticule’.

As I said it was designed for purpose and ….er…. horticulture.

A strong wind would blow it over, it’ll need guy ropes !

Nope, it can widen its supports to give it stability, a bigger ’footprint’ . It won’t need to evolve either ‘cos its taller than all its fellows.

Hope it doesn’t get an itchy head.

Ha, thought of that – it just rubs it against a tree.

It’ll have to be a tall tree !

That’s why I designed it that way you Philistine.

Ok, its not a design – it’s a work of art.

Thank you.

I was thinking an ‘abstract’……No, no, maybe more like….. surrealist !

There’s a limit to how inventive you can be with the raw material of four legs, a body, a head and a tail, you know! Maybe the tail is too much – I’ll make it shorter.
OK, what are you going to call this invention of mine then – I said you could name it.

I was thinking ‘Gerry’ as in Gerry built.

Come on, be fair it deserves better than that.

Alright – something as unique as its shape – how about “Giraffe” ?

Giraffe, yes that sounds about right, I like that.
Shall we move on to the next one – now this one has two teeth that sort of surf out either side of its nose.

Oh no, you’ve got that distortion thing going again. And those ears are enormous…………………

Ho, Ho, Ho...and they call it "art"(?). I really did like the comical way this was written. It reminds us all of how we all SEE things differently. But the creativity of this "thingamajig", I'm not too sure of; but you can give yourself an "A" for creative stuff with this "art-word-challenge". I liked it! Kudos, my friend!

I think your entry is a work of art. It is quite original and amusing. Good work.

This piece is “unique.” And the last two paragraphs are especially cute.
