There the rhythmic beat of the familiar drone,
Where every household has their own.
Their way of running things to keep the flow
So that everyone will surely grow.
O – Occupy - Live in, settle in, reside therein,
Nothing more comfortable than your chair
Your pillow, the place you comb your hair.
Your bed, the area you lay to read,
Your window, the flower pot with seed.
M – Memories – Pictures lining the walls and desks
Snapshots of times past and present
Keepsakes of hearts and floral scents
Old baseballs and gloves with resin smell
Home videos, my, the stories they tell.
E – Envelop - Feeling of security and peace
In our homes we feel secure and loved
But our heavenly home will have all the above
We will feel his heart, we will occupy until
All our memories will be kept still.
His love will envelop us like a glove
And we will have the surety of His love.
