TITLE: How to Cement Your Relationship with Christ Daily
By kayode eleyinte

The essence of believing Jesus Christ is that we had realize such a mess our life had been without following God way and obeying his commandments.

The consequences stare us in the face as we have no peace,no joy,no genuine hope and no eternity.T

Although sin gives pleasures, but they are momentary. The irony of this is that while we were sinners, we had been blinded by the god of this world and we thought we were enjoying and having a good time living the way we choose to and doing things we wanted to without batting an eyelid.

The hurt and pain that followed our lust for money, women, booze and drugs to mention a few cannot be overemphasized. But thank God for Jesus while when we were yet sinners, he died for us.Romans 5 vs.

Now, that we are His children, we can not afford to live any moment of our lives in those old ways that we used to live.Old things have passed away and now all things are new. That is, we no longer find enjoyment in drinking, sex, cigarette, partying and the likes.

Here are things you must do to solidify your relationship with your Lord Jesus.

1.Read His words daily

The word of God is what exposes us to the life, way and will of Jesus Christ.Jesus said to the Jews that the scripture testify of Him.

And that you should let the words of Christ dwell in you in all wisdom. So, you must make the word of God that which food is to you.

Eat and drink this word,so that you faith will not be stagnant and that you may overcome the lust of the flesh that confronts you daily.

Peter told us to desire the sincere milk of the word of God that we may grow thereby. 1 Peter 2 VS.2

2.Constant Fellowship with Other Christians

You must love to meet with other Christians to learn and pray with them.

That is you must attend church regularly. That is your spiritual mother.Paul called it in Galatians 4 as the Jerusalem above which is the mother of us all.

Just like a child grows in his mother's womb in order to become a matured baby. So, must you fellowship with the church of God in order to aid your spiritual growth.

3.Pray Always

That is like the breath you breathe in.You must take time to speak to Jesus your Lord and savoir and then to your heavenly Father.

By praying you tell you father you needs, desires and seek his help at all times. And If you call Him,HE has promise He will answer you.

All these are what you need to cement your relationship with Christ Jesus and surely you hope will never be dashed.

You've summed up the basics of walking with God in a clear, strong message. It's well written and many people need the reminder, but it would have been easier to read with some editing for spaces and spelling.
