There is a banquet coming that will surpass any banquet ever held. It is a wedding banquet. Jesus Christ is wed to his bride the church.
This event will start when Jesus appears in the sky and Michael the archangel shouts with a loud voice for the bride that the event is now ready.
There is one requirement that your robe you wear to the banquet must be spotless. If your robe isn't spotless you will asked to leave. The robe must be white as snow. How can we get this robe so spotless and white? Nothing can say it better than the following first two verses of this song everyone knows.
What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Oh! precious is the flow
That makes me white as snow;
No other fount I know,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
So many of our last generation on earth feel salvation is a balancing scale where your side of good must be lower than your side of sin. They failed to heed the warning that there seems a way right to a man but leads to death.
