As Headmaster, I am seeking students to attend My Christian Obedience School. It is conveniently located. In fact, you may attend while in your own home and place of business. I warn you, however, that the attendance policy is quite demanding; I expect twenty-four hour a day participation. This is perfect for multi-taskers though as classroom assignments will blend in with your daily responsibilities.

The course instructor possesses the highest credentials. My Sonís job resume is superior to all others. Though not college educated, His life experiences more than qualify Him to lead this class. During His thirty-three years of on-the-job training, He endured a less than desirable schoolroom setting in the desert.

He also contended with the headmaster from the opposing school who kept daring Him to break the rules from Our classroom instruction book. My Son and I wrote the course manual ourselves, so We will expect you to fulfill daily reading assignments from this textbook.

Unlike other classes you may have attended, this session has no ending date. Participation involves a lifetime commitment. Donít be intimidated by the length of this marking period. As many past students have experienced, the time spent brings about amazing results. On completing the course and entering postgraduate work in My off-campus dwelling, you will exhibit such characteristics as love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, all core learning outcomes for our enrollees.

You will also be encouraged to join cooperative learning groups. I have found that My students master the instructional objectives more quickly in these settings. My Son will graciously allow you to choose your own group. We find that pupils can make responsible choices in this regard. Please, remember that your groupís purpose is COOPERATION. In the past, it has been noted, that some groups have split over such issues as the color of carpet in their classrooms.

Many complain that in previous courses theyíve attended, the professor was inaccessible. Not so with this class as My son is committed to your full time instruction. He is the Master of individualized teaching, so all materials will be adapted to your own instructional level and learning style.

The use of student tutors is one of His favorite teaching techniques, so be prepared to assist others who may be struggling with your particular brand of learning disability. You will become part of a large alumni of student teachers dating back to the original twelve charter members.

You may not have to sit in the corner, donned with a dunce cap or hold your knuckles out to be rapped with a yardstick, but Our special brand of discipline is necessary. You will find Our chastisement loving as We have your best interests in mind. Take heart! We want you all to become like the class instructor, the perfect model of obedience.

Some of you may be wondering why you should sign up. Perhaps you chafe at the time commitment and workload. I cannot stress enough that your future depends on entrance into this particular curriculum. My hope is that Christian Obedience 101 will continually gain new students through word of mouth. After all, your success in the course is the best advertisement.

Iím sure you are familiar with some of Our former pupils: Abraham, Moses, Samson, Kind David, the Apostles Peter and Paul, and many others. We will soon be holding a school wide reunion of graduates from all the ages. Enroll today, so you wonít miss this grand celebration. Stay tuned for the date and time!
