“Thank you all so much.” Jehovah motioned with His hands amidst the whistles, flapping of wings and standing ovation, to gradually bring the host to order.
“I’m deeply touched by your applause; your celebration of this great event. This is but the beginning of a tremendous, yet wonderful undertaking. Mankind will be my crowning achievement. Although their existence will be a dimension lower than the Kingdom, I intend to pour into man all of My power and love, so they may rule their world even as I rule Mine.”
“Now, without further ado, I would like to introduce the true Engineer of this project. Citizens of Heaven, I give you: WISDOM!!”[1]
Wisdom stood from Her throne and walked gracefully toward the edge of the stage. Cheers burst forth from the audience that nearly shook Heaven. Her beauty; Her dignity; but most of all, the peace that radiated from Her was overwhelming. Cheers turned to worship as She stood center stage before the present hosts.
Soon the sounds of praise waned. After a brief pause, She began: “As you know, Jehovah has commissioned Me to engineer life on earth, along with all of the natural laws, energy and matter that will support it. Due to the delicate nature of earth-life, including man, everything from infinity to infinitesimal must be designed in perfect balance and harmony.”
Rumbles of angelic whispers and mumbling waved among the audience. No one had heard of such a proposal. Sure, Heaven operated that way, but earth was a realm devoid of the fourth dimension. How could Wisdom possibly accomplish it with so little to work with?
“I see that you have questions. Let’s hear them.”
Heaven stood still! An eerie hush descended over the crowd. At first, no one dared question Wisdom for fear that it would be construed as unbelief. Shortly, an archangel named Darashim raised his hand.
“Darashim. I assumed as much. After all, who else but Heavens brightest and most curious messenger would want details of a task this immense. Is this a question or a suggestion?” Wisdom was being a bit playful with Darashim, which drew a number of smiles and chuckles from the audience, and brought a slight blush to the archangel’s face.
“A question, My Lady.” Darashim thumbed through a few sections of his journal, ran his finger down the page, and cleared his throat.
“I’ve estimated the number of equations necessary for three dimensional life to exist in a perpetual state. The symbiosis and synergy alone will require calculations of over ten to the twenty-fifth power. Then there’s the programming of DNA, balance of nourishment through the food chain, cell replication, brain activity, electrical responses, and on and on. And there are no scientific models in Heaven to explain propagation. I can’t begin to imagine the process! We angels don’t…well, you know.” His slight blush now turned a bright red.
Darashim cleared his throat again, this time a little stronger than before. “Begging your pardon, My Lady, but time has already begun on earth. Just how many of their years, or centuries, will it take for all of this to be completed?”
Wisdom smiled, turned to her right, and held out her hand. “To answer that question, I’d like to introduce the Master Architect.”
She moved to the side, and from His seat next to Jehovah, Jesus [2] arose and walked to the stage. His eyes fixed on Darashim first, then around to the other angels and, with the confidence that only the Son of God could display, boldly declared: “One week!” [3]
Shouts of amazement erupted in Heaven!
