Though thousands of miles apart, we’re always joined in heart – and by the internet – if we’re in a location that provides it – and doesn’t censure it too much – and if there aren’t too many other people waiting to use it…

Konnichiwa Everyone!!!!!!!!
Ginny – you on?

*Oh, China writes*
Dui, deng yi xie. Need to order my coffee. Am so glad that coffee seems to be a world-wide known word – kaw-fay in Chinese.

*Aloha Forever writes*
About time the two of you got on. Had to sign up for this time slot a week ago. Any sign of Dawn yet?

*Oh, China writes*
Think her internet connection will work today? Living out there in the middle of nowhere between a couple of mesas, I think she has more troubles with the internet than I do.

*Morning Glory writes*
Don’t you dare start this conversation without me. My connection may disappear a few times, but I’m still the oldest and WILL be part of this. :-) My idea, remember? :-)
Oh, did you see the pictures I posted?

*Aloha Forever writes*
:-) Yeah! I loved them! Oh, I miss Annie and Eli so much! They’re soooo adorable!!

*Japan is Awesome writes*
MIGOTO!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!

*Oh, China writes*
Umm… China—censorship – no blogs. Me – no techy – no what are those things called that you use to get around internet blockage

*Morning Glory writes*
A proxy? :-)
So Ginny, how is the teaching there going?

*Oh, China writes*
Hmm… well… it keeps me busy. The kids are really good, but it’s hard to find enough materials here and I'm not quite sure what I’m doing… I love it and it’s a great experience, it’s just…

*Japan is Awesome writes*
It’s not the same without you all. I know traveling is what we’ve talked and dreamed about, but

*Aloha Forever writes*
Why couldn’t we have all gone to the same place, rather than you all going – everywhere?

*Morning Glory writes*
US all? Who’s talking, Miss I’m-going-to-pre-field training-in-HAWAII

*Aloha Forever Writes*
You left first. :-P :-)

*Morning Glory writes*
BRB – Eli after stinkbug

*Japan is Awesome writes*
Aozora ni sen wo hiku
Hikoukigumo no shirosa wa

*Aloha Forever writes*
??????

*Oh, China writes*
LOL! You’re random! :-)
Oh, guess I laughed too loud – getting weird looks from other people in this coffee shop…

*Japan is Awesome writes*
Spirited Away song

*Morning Glory writes*
Eli saved, stinkbug saved, noses saved.
Seriously, though, Ginny are you doing ok?

*Oh, China writes*
Yeah, mostly, most days. Some days I wonder if I’m really supposed to be here.

*Aloha Forever writes*
You’re Awesome!

*Japan is Awesome writes*
The Best!

*Oh, China writes*
:-) Needed that.
What about you, Christine? How are your study abroad classes going?

*Japan is Awesome writes*
All day, every day – lots of homework…

*Aloha Forever writes*
Oh, are you actually DOING your homework now?

*Japan is Awesome writes*
Umm… :-) I’m learning Japanese …

*Aloha Forever writes*
You’re ridiculous. And by that I mean AMAZING!! I have to study and study and should be working on a paper right now…

*Morning Glory writes*
About what? When does your team head out on your missions trip?

*Oh, China writes*
COMMUNIST COUNTRY HERE! Her ‘M’ trip?

*Morning Glory writes*
Do you really think they’re following THIS conversation?

*Oh, China writes*
IDK, but better safe than deported.
But, yeah, when do you guys leave?

*Aloha Forever writes*
I’m not sure yet. They’re still pr*ying about where to go.

*Japan is Awesome writes*
We’ll definitely be in P!

*Aloha Forever writes*
I should probably go. The next person in line is starting to give me the I’m-trying-not-to-look-as-annoyed-and-impatient-as-I-feel look.
I miss you all!!
Couldn’t have made it this far without you!!

*Oh, China writes*
Dui! Definitely helps keep me going!

*Japan is Awesome writes*
Hai!
Dawn?

*Aloha Forever writes*
Internet Connection gone again.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have a close relationship – one that not even countries or uncertain means of communication can sever. It hasn’t been easy, but being out of direct contact with one another has brought us closer into another relationship – one with our Heavenly Father who is always there and never out of reach. He’s the one who knows who and what we need and doesn’t hesitate to provide us with those special people exactly when we need them. I thank Him daily for both the random and meaningful conversations that keep me smiling and encouraged.

Since I'm not computer savvy I had a hard time at first but after I got my mind up and running I truly enjoyed the banter between close friends. Computer are remarkable because distance is irrelevant. I enjoyed this very much. I learn so much as I read each entry in my group. Thank you for sharing.

Cleverly done. Good introduction to a chat room format with some nice teachings too.
