IN MY FORTY FIVE YEARS I HAVE BEEN THROUGH A LOT. BUT IN THOSE TIMES OF HARDSHIP JESUS WAS THERE. I PRAYED A LOT AND ASK HIM TO STAND WITH ME AND THROUGH IT ALL HE DID. AFTER I CAME THROUGH IT I FOUND I HAD A LOT OF ANGER. WHICH I THINK IS NORMAL UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I AGAIN ASKED HIM TO DELIVER ME FROM THIS ANGER. HE DID. HE HIMSELF SHOWED ANGER WHEN HE WENT TO THE SYNOGOGUE TO WORSHIP AND THEY WERE SELLING IN THE WRONG WAY. HE USED A CAT OF NINE TAILS AND TURNED TABLES OVER. SO JESUS UNDERSTANDS ANGER. HE JUST WANTS YOU TO GET THROUGH IT AND GO ON IN YOUR CHRISTIAN LIFE.
ANGER CAN ALSO CAUSE OUR BODY SICKNESS. IF YOU KEEP IT FOR A LONG TIME IT CAN CAUSE NERVE PROBLEMS AND IT IS TO ME NOT WORTH IT. I GAVE IT TO JESUS. NO, I KNOW HE DON'T WANT IT BUT HE WILL TAKE IT AND TURN IT AROUND AND MAKE SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL OUT OF IT.

It is so good when we turn to Jesus to resolve our issues, whether anger, frustration or whatever. He gives you that peace that passes all understanding.

I can feel the peace through what you write. It would have been easier to read in lowercase rather than uppercase.

You made some excellent points here, but you might want to type in lower case when writing. People use caps to signify yelling. God bless you.
