Well it is a fruit.
And it is also known for
being very colorful.

But as for rhymin,í thatís a horse of a different color.

Sunsets would be way boring without it.
Breakfast too would be quite sad
without its fruity brightness.

But as for rhyminí, thatís a horse of a different color.

It comes from quite a large family of many
and exotic relations.
Names such as Valencia, Temple and Mandarin
are part of its everyday pedigree.

But as for rhyminí, thatís a horse of a different color.

It can be sweet as sugar or
sour enough to curl your tongue
into the tightest, little pin curls.

But as for rhyminí, thatís a horse of a different color.

I really donít where the line came from that says
That rhymes withÖ.
It doesnít rhyme with anything.
At least not in a regular dictionary.
Iím quite sure Dr. Seuss would have
Done something spectacular with it.
And thereby brightened up the
World of Reading just a bit more.

But as for rhyminí, thatís a horse of a different color.

Surely, you must know by now.
You see I was not to say its name in the title.
But now we are near the end my dears.
Letís all say it very loud and clear Ė
THE COLOR ORANGE!!!

But as for rhyminí, thatís a horse of a different color.

ORANGE YOU SMART.

Cute story....missed a word here or there and repeated the use of a cliche..."but that's a horse of a different color." Keep writing!

I loved the way you used the saying of horse of a different color because nothing rhymes with orange. Good use of words. Keep writing.
