Entering Down
The organ sounds
Looking for a place to plant her feet
She becomes bound
Spiraling down down down
Lost friends
Lost power
Lost hope
Her lifeís gone sour
She reaches the bottom of down
Further into this downward journey
Stuck in the muck
Drowning in the mire
Itís almost as if sheís lost in limbo
Where do you turn at the bottom of down?
Is it possible to be so low that you reach the bottom of down?
Lost dreams
Lost plans
Lost courage
In the pits of down
She realizes she still has her faith
In her explorations in the gardens of down
She grasps hold of the sword that never left her
Godís sword of truth
Godís sword of light
Up she goes
Regaining her strength
Up she goes
Away and out of the valleys of down
Clinging to her ounce of faith
Regaining her tempo
Up she goes
Regaining her drive
Up she goes
Regaining the ability to carry out her purpose
God took her from the bottom of down
Out of her lowest low
Godís Grace saw her through the rivers of down and brought her up
Up to reach the highest of highs.

Wow! This was really powerful! I was sucked in by your wording and held there. I love the reference to the sword that had never left her hand. I think this is excellent writing!

I love your phrases like "entering down" and "the bottom of down". Great poetic skills.
