Jesus said in His Word, "A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand." But there is coming a kingdom real soon that will stand, not only in the thousand year reign of Christ, but for all eternity. Right now, we live in a world that's divided. It's controlled by sin, greed, lust, and every work of the flesh imaginable. But I believe that Jesus is coming to separate the righteous from the unrighteous, and I also believe that we are on the brink of the greatest battle mankind has ever known, and that is the great battle of our God for the lost souls of fallen humnaity. God truly is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to the saving knowledge of His everlasting and divine truth.
We Are on the Brink
We are on the brink,
Of our world turned on end.
Disaster seems but certain,
As the wrath of God descends.
The hope for all mankind,
Is trusting in the cross.
But most will not embrace,
The One who paid their cost.
The pride of man runs deep,
As black as night, his sin.
Refuse to turn away,
From evil in this land.
God’s final wakeup call,
Is near and at the door.
We are on the brink,
Of Armageddon's war.
Christ will soon descend,
To take His children home.
Then seven years return,
To set up His earthly throne.
He will put an end,
To evil, sin, and strife.
So His people can enjoy,
Their everlasting life.
