Ever wonder what your purpose is,
We all have in some way or other,
Fantasies of wonderful ominius blisses,
Whether mother, father, sister,brother,
Why were we born, what is our mission,
Our minds speculate..sometimes smother.

Deep within each of us beats a calling,
From our maker calling gently to us,
Sometimes screaming as we are falling,
The voice of God wanting us to trust,
Dependence on Him to stop our balling,
Lean, lean and upon Jesus thrust.

So long we wander and comtemplate,
Thinking, dreaming, wondering about,
Our earthly mission and our fate,
With good intentions we are so devote,
Often missing the Master's reprobate,
And so I lovingly, steadily shout.

"Calm down, Oh, wandering minstel.Say,
'Be strong, Oh, Fellowmen, today,
Enough of floundering lost on your way,
Refresh your weary bones and stay,
To learn of Jesus to keep at bay,
All the wolves of wanton play.'"

Soldier up and be on guard,
Aim high and set you sight,
For those who call on the Lord,
Are saved by His power and His might,
Put on your armor and godly reward,
Raise your banner to awesome heights.

Evangelize the nations do not hesitate,
Our mission......it is awaiting now,
Jump into service on this very date,
A Master's children will show you how,
To minister to the wandering reprobate,
Bravely put your hand to the plow.

Can you hear the Master calling you,
Have you lost your way searching,
For your purpose of mission so true,
The Holy Spirit is closely perching,
Sending you many quickened clues,
Searching your soul through purging.

He calls His children to be saved,
To declare and proclaim salvation,
Invisible flags angels happily waved,
This call brings faith and declaraion,
Our mission, purpose has gladly paved,
Our way to Heaven,Oh, Glad Redemption!

I like this poem, and it leaves one much to contemplate.
