Topic: Write for the FANTASY and/or SCI FI Genre (10/16/14)
The King watched across the horizon of the heavens, reflecting on the events of the unwanted rebellion. An unrest had been looming in the heart of the first prince as he desired the power and control of the King. The prince was armored in beauty and had been one of the finest creations of the King. He was regarded very high in the eyes of the King and he was equipped with great potential. A third of all the kingdom served alongside the first prince and proved to be very loyal to him.

The King prepared planet Tierra as His pride. He created life with the purpose for His creation to follow and worship Him. The prince envied the power of the King and no longer wanted to be His servant, but to reign with His authority. Peace erupted into turmoil and the harmony that reigned in the heavens was destroyed.

What went wrong? Greed for power and control. Nothing less than the King's throne was enough for the prince.

War broke out in the heavens and the King, with a broken heart, had to cast the prince and his followers out of heaven, stripping them from all beauty and honor, but knowing well, the battle will not end there.

The fallen prince's main aim became to make the King's creation as fallen and dark as he had become. He hated the King’s creation as they reminded him of the King’s perfection and beauty, the creation he once was. The prince and his armies entered the arena of planet Tierra and did not leave one stone unturned. When the King ordered His creation of man to enjoy everything except taking from the treasure of knowledge, the prince and his armies got to work. The battle begun. The King sent His armies to fight for the safe-keeping of man's soul, but at the end free will became man's Achilles heel as he followed the deceiving invitation of the prince to join him in finding out what the treasure of knowledge entails.

Man's submission to the prince gave the prince a way back to having power after being cast out of heaven, but his power was merely a shadow of the power invested in the King. The King's love for His creation could not be stopped by their disobedience and He sent His own Son, the Chief-in-command of His armies to win back the souls of man.

The King's Son, unknown to the prince, made His appearance in an unprecedented way on planet Tierra. The prince and his army attempted to kill every new arrival in the hope of killing the Son, but the King and His armies were one step ahead.

Darkness tried with every battle to overtake the blinding light that the King's armies left behind. In many cases they succeeded and souls were lost to the King, but they could not win them all. When the Son arrived on planet Tierra, He became the prince's worst nightmare as He turned the hearts of man back towards the King.
Every attack by the prince and his armies became fiercer and wherever an open door was given, they stole, killed and destroyed, bringing tears to the King's heart. A temporary victory.

Despite the appearance that the prince and his armies had the power again and ruled planet Tierra, another turn of events hit the final nail. The King's Son, against all odds gave His own life as ransom for the lost souls of man. Another battle followed between heaven’s armies and the prince. Fire, blood, darkness, winds, tears and death followed, but when the Son’s grave was found empty after three days, the battle for the throne was forever lost to the prince.

I believe you are a very creative author. The final thought I had when reading this inspiring story was "oh yes!" Keep writing.

Good job on this one! One sentence you may want to check the grammar over is this one: "Despite the appearance that the prince and his armies had the power again and ruled planet Tierra, another turn of events hit the final nail."

Felt this was a very good interpretation that would appeal to Sci-Fi fans. A little embellishing with pictoral descriptions and the addition of subtle and intense battle scenes could turn this into a great short book or comic-style read. Although this story is Biblically, not Fiction, in some mainstream publishing Biblical supernatural is considered Science Fiction. Guess that's just because they can't explain it!

This is very creative. It could make a good introduction to the Bible for youngsters and adult who are not yet familiar with Scripture.
