As a teenage girl fighting against peer pressure, she was tired of “doing the right thing” and rebelled. But soon the popular high school life left her feeling empty and ashamed. She followed that path for a few years out of high school, but she knew this was not the life she wanted.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. She met Jesus at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
Ready for her next chapter in life, she set out to find true love. After looking for love in all the wrong places her broken heart left her feeling lonely and discouraged. She felt like there was an empty place in her heart that only a man could fill.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. Jehovah-Shammah (The Lord My Companion) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
Once she began to understand that the emptiness in her heart could only be filled by God, she met a man that became her husband. They decided it was time to start a family. The months of trying to conceive began to stack up, and they soon learned that some medical issues may prevent her from carrying a child.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. Elohim (The All-Powerful One, Creator) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
She became pregnant and was filled with outstanding joy. She shouted from the mountain tops that she was going to be a mommy, and her mind raced with plans and dreams for the future. A few months into her pregnancy she found out that the baby had stopped growing and would not live. She said good-bye to the child growing in her womb, and lost sight of the dream once again.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord is Peace) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
God showered her in grace and peace and held her hand as she healed from her loss. He gave her another miracle that was set to arrive at the end of September. Though God’s hand was on the situation, issues and complications began to arise. She spent nearly half of her pregnancy on strict bed rest. There was nothing she could do but lie there and wait and pray that God would allow her child to live.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. Immanuel (God With Us) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
Her baby arrived, safely and without incident. At the moment of her daughter’s birth she learned of a love that she never knew existed. A few years later, she and her husband prepared to welcome their second daughter into the world. She fought fear and complications for nine months. She felt prepared for whatever was before her, but nothing could have truly prepared her for this. Her second daughter came into the world lifeless via crash c-section.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. El Elyon (The God Most High) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
God saved her child and His Mighty Hand was visible to everyone involved. At three months old her child became deathly ill again. Her daughter was hospitalized in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and laid unconscious and attached to a ventilator. As she watched her daughter fight for her life again, she was left helpless and afraid.
She threw her arms up, hands opened wide in surrender. Jehovah-Rapha (The Lord Who Heals) met her at her wit’s end, and there she found her peace.
She came to a point in her life where being at her wit’s end, the end of her own strength and ability, wasn’t such a bad place to be. For Yhwh (The Great I Am) met her there, and there she found her peace.

I was slightly confused reading the first paragraph when you wrote about her mom because there was no name given to the MC.
However, I really enjoyed the message you shared using the different names of God who is our all and all. Amen.
God bless~
I especially liked the way you incorporated the names of God into your story.
Great job overall, and powerful words...Keep writing!
A reminder to us all, God is here (not over there) when we call.
Well written transitions.
God bless~
Well done and congratulations on your first place level win and EC placing!
