My mind has gone fishing. It’s not here with me. It’s looking for many ways to reach those in need.

My mind has gone fishing. It’s a wonderful thing. God’s hand is the guide for the things that I see.

My mind is gone fishing. What will it be, a woman with child who has a need.

My mind is gone fishing. Who do I see? It’s a man in a wheelchair who needs a little peace.

My mind is gone fishing. It’s fishing for me. Where is my heart? Who is my lead? What is my need?

My heart is on God. God is my lead. My need is His spirit so that I may see.

My mind is gone fishing for those in need.

My mind is gone fishing, where is your mind today?

A good thought here. I could be wrong (I often am), but I don't think you should say "is gone". You either need to say "has gone" or simply "is fishing".
