The woman takes a fatal bite from the fatal fruit.
The fruit is an apple in my lunch sack.
I sit to eat but the kids are mean.
My lunch sack falls in the trash.
The trash is carried to the dump.
A seagull flies over the heaps of waste.
A seagull catches a fish.
Fish swim into fishermen’s nets.
Fishers of men talk to new followers.
People fallow there false gods to the pits of hell.
Satan tempts the Lord.
The Lord sends is angels to share the good news.
Shepherds visit the infant Jesus.
Jesus makes shepherds of men for his people.
The shepherds tend to their flocks.
The sheep eat the green grass.
A woman sits in the meadow, crying.
Crying a river of tears.
The river flows past a woman and past a tree.

Watch your spelling: follow and their were two that jumped out at me.
I keep going back to the structure itself, though--each line flowing into the next. Very watery and appropriate.
