What If?
What if we really knew, that today was
The last day for you!
Would you change anything, I wonder,
What you would do?
Would there be any small thing left,
Undone,
Would you seek for yourself pleasure?
And fun.
What if, is a question we should all,
Ask today.
Maybe there are things we would,
Change or say!
Would we look outside ourselves?
And finally see,
There is more to life to live without,
Considering just me??
Would you cease to criticize those that,
Are weak?
Would you instead, live your last day,
Being meek?
If today was all that you really had,
Time to live,
Would you take less and then have,
More to give!
What if? Is really true because we,
Never know.
If today is our last day, to live upon,
This earth below!
There’s no promise that we will be here,
With seeds to sow.
Or that tomorrow will come just because,
We think it so.
Lets ask that question and see what we,
Would do.
Today will soon be over, and hours will,
Pass quickly too!
Jesus gave all of His today’s, His love,
To you!
