The joys of this life are only a part
Of the blessings God gave when He gave us a heart

Because out of those veins flow the life-giving blood
That reminds us of Jesus and His unending love

He came to this earth out of love for all man
And followed exactly His Father’s command

He lived as a mortal, and yet had no sin
He died on a cross for the wrongs of all men

After three days of preaching to those gone before
He arose from His grave to live evermore

He suffered the pain so that we could be saved
And now offers that gift to all those depraved

For all who accept Him and fully believe
There’s a mansion that’s waiting when it’s time to leave

His greatest commandment to the one’s left behind
Is to love our neighbors and all other mankind

True joy in this life can only be found
In the peace of Jesus where true love abounds.

Nice rhymes -it was nice that you used "almost "rhymes" that still worked. Good rhythem, but try adding some more punctuation to help with the flow. Good job :)
