Joy has to be found to be sought after in the small areas of our lives we often overlook, in the simple things that we often take for granted. The cliches the stereotypical moments happy warm moments that you want to relive countless times.It is found in making someone else happy, bringing a smile to someone other than you, a cheeky giggle from a mischievious child, your child, doing something that you really did'nt feel like doing but done it to please someone else and making their happiness complete. Spending time quality time with your heavenly father not just on a sunday on in a spiritual way, just telling him quietly that you love him and need him and that your so thankful he's in your life and changing you moulding you until you reflect him to bring glory to him in every possible way, knowing that you may not have done much with your day but you done what he'd asked you to do and what he considers important not what we consider important. Joy you hold onto when you don't feel joyous or happy or the sun is'nt shining today, and the kids want are playing up and your spouse is getting on your nerves and you feel like everything is so wrong, then you find that joy that christs gives and you decide to find reasons to be happy reasons that you are so glad to be alive.
