In Webster’s Dictionary it says that hope is “to expect with confidence.” Hope is very important to have this day and age, especially with all the turmoil that is happening in the world. Without hope life would be dismal. We need to hang on to hope. Even when things seem to be at there worst, there is always a glimmer of hope. Hope means hoping when things seem hopeless. I have had times when a situation looked hopeless. Then, after much prayer and patience, the situation would improve. Faith and hope work hand in hand. For believers in Jesus Christ, He is our hope.

The word Hope is quoted 159 times in the New International Version Bible. Going to the word of God is always uplifting when I feel discouraged. These verses are of special solace. “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.” Psalm 31:24. “Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from Him.” Psalm 62:5.

Hope is our lifeline to God. Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus Christ. He is our strength, our Savior, our cheerleader, and our guide. One day our hope will be fulfilled when we will be with Him for eternity.

Great message, but we really need more. All the world loves a story. Give us examples! Tell us a story that show us these truths! Get your message out there powerfully, becasue it is so worth telling.

I'd definitely like to see this expounded upon. Watch your homonyms (there, their). Otherwise this is a good start!

Enjoyed reading your thoughts on hope, I agree, I would have liked a little more in length. Keep writing, good job.

There is some good stuff in here. Watch using the same word too often. This is pretty good.
